R E F U N D + R E T U R N P O L I C Y
LET LIV wants you to love what you have bought. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the product/s, provided that the product/s are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was. For full price items, we will either exchange it, replace it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion. For sale or discount promotion purchases an exchange, replacement or a store credit will be issued.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund however you can choose to exchange these for something else or receive a credit voucher to use at a later date.
Cancellation admin fee of $20 applies to all cancelled or returned lay-bys or pre-orders. Cancelled unshipped orders which require a refund will incur a 5% transaction fee.
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged or missing packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will arrange for a courier pick up of the item.
We recommend using a tracked service for any return as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility so please consider this for your peace of mind. Products must be returned at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty, then we will credit this cost back to you.
We do check all products before wrapping carefully and shipping to you. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with both the courier and customer to initiate a claim. Please keep all original packaging and the item as we will need photos of this or even to have this returned for the claim to be accepted.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it. We will then advise the return address for you to send to.
Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

As used herein, "Customer" and "You" shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.
2. PRICE, CURRENCY + GST
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. LET LIV reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
3. PAYMENT + SECURITY

LET LIV credit card information security policy: LET LIV uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

We accept payment through the Laybuy platform. Laybuy lets you spread your purchase over 6 payments and receive your order straight away. Using Laybuy requires sign up through their website, which you will be directed through at our checkout when 'Pay by Laybuy' is selected. The first payment is made at the on the day of purchase and the following 5 payments are made weekly, on that same day.
Please note: If you do fail to make a payment, a default fee of $10 may be charged. Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your account. These fees will be incurred for each payment that is late.

Bank Deposit / Direct Debit Payments
Bank Deposit / Direct Debit Payments may also be made by bank deposit for New Zealand orders. Goods will be held for 3 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled & goods placed back into stock. Cancelled unshipped orders which require a refund will incur a 5% transaction fee.
Payment by an authorised LET LIV gift voucher is also accepted. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our products are sent directly to you from our LET LIV store in Wellington. We use a range of trusted couriers for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both ourselves and the customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the nearest courier office or redelivered at a time more convenient. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 1-2 business days.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live outside of the list of countries we ship to and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email us with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping cost, if possible. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival of an international order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Layby on New Zealand orders only. Layby deposit is 20% on in stock items & 50% on pre orders (or by arrangement). Layby must be paid in full within 4 weeks or by arrangement. Goods will be held for 3 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled & goods placed back into stock. No layby on sale items or promotional deals.
7. CUSTOM ORDERS
We do offer custom orders of some of the brands we stock by arrangement. All custom orders are final sales.
We offer pre-orders on selected items which are in significant demand or limited release, a pre-ordered item will be described as such at the top of the product description along with an expected date. Please note these dates can change. Pre-orders can be paid for in full using our credit / debit card payment system or a minimum 50% deposit be made via internet banking direct to our account. Payment needs to be received within 3 working days of when the order was placed to confirm the pre-order. When ordering additional items with a pre-ordered item, your order will be sent once all items are in stock. We charge a flat fee of $7 for an additional non pre-order item to be sent ahead of the full order. Cancellation admin fee of $20 applies to all cancelled or returned lay-bys or pre-orders.
9. SECOND ITEMS
Second items are sold as is and are final sales.
P R O M O T I O N S + D I S C O U N T S
All promotions + discount codes are issued at the discretion of LET LIV. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offer + discount codes can only be used once per customer per promotion, unless specified. Promotional offer + discount codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date. Promotional discounts and offers may not be used in conjunction with each other, this includes discounts given on purchase receipts, 'You left something behind' emails and loyalty vouchers. No lay-by unless specified. No holds or returns. Gift cards are never included in discounted promotions.
