REFUND & RETURN POLICY
LET LIV wants you to LOVE what you have bought. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was. We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund however you can choose to exchange these for something else or receive a credit voucher to use at a later date. Please email email@example.com notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it.
LET LIV Vintage products are not sold as new and therefore do not have the same warranty attached to them as other goods. Please ask before buying if you are unsure of any aspect of the product. We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked service for any return as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility so please consider this for your peace of mind! Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty, then we will credit this cost back to you.

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement. All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
